VIA EPIA-P700 Pico-ITX Board

The VIA EPIA-P700 is an incredibly compact 10 cm x 7.2 cm Pico-ITX board with an extended feature set that includes an onboard SATA II connector, Gigabit LAN, and support for GPIO, SM bus and LPC devices.

Featuring the VIA VX700 unified digital media IGP chipset with a 1GHz VIA C7® processor, the VIA EPIA-P700 also includes an integrated power adapter that negates the need for a separate power daughterboard and includes a 5V S-SATA power cable.

The VIA EPIA-P700 dual companion boards offers an RJ45 connector, a VGA connector, a COM port, four USB connectors and three audio jacks through streamlined onboard pin headers that avoid cluttered cabling and allow easier design integration.

The VIA VX700 unified digital media IGP chipset boasts 2D/3D AGP graphics and video decoding acceleration for WMV and MPEG-2 video through the VIA Chrome® Pro II IGP graphics core. The VIA VT1708B high definition codec offers eight channel audio and DTS multi-channel digital surround sound for an all-round high fidelity experience.

The VIA EPIA-P700 has both an onboard IDE and SATA II ports. I/O connectivity through pin-headers and bundled companion cards include Gigabit Ethernet, a CRT/DVI header, LVDS, a COM port, 3 audio jacks, support for 4 USB 2.0 ports, a PS/2 port and an LPC/SM Bus/GPIO pin header.
